Vanuit ons magazijn vertrekken er elke dag duizenden onderdelen naar dealers en klanten over de hele wereld. Ons Logistics Center is een schakel voor het Midden-Oosten, Europa en Afrika. We organiseren het transport en zorgen voor een betrouwbare dienst na verkoop.
**JE FUNCTIE**:
Je werkt in roterende ploeg (6u-14u ; 14u-22u) en bent als supervisor verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, uitvoering, verbetering en supervisie van de magazijnactiviteiten in een bepaalde afdeling. Dit houdt in dat je leiding geeft aan 30-40 werknemers bij het ontvangen, stockeren en rondhalen van bestellingen en bij het verpakken, laden en verzenden van onderdelen. Binnen de gestelde productiviteits-, kwaliteits
- en tijdsnormen zorg je voor een efficiënte organisatie van je afdeling. Daarnaast draag je budgettaire verantwoordelijkheid, werk je mee aan verbeteringsprojecten en zorg je voor gepaste opleiding en ontwikkeling voor je werknemers. Je bent er eveneens verantwoordelijk voor dat al deze activiteiten gebeuren in een veilige werkomgeving.
**ONMISBAAR VOOR DEZE JOB**:
Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelor/ Master diploma of je hebt relevante ervaring. Je bent een gemotiveerd iemand met leiderschapscapaciteiten, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent pro-actief. Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je beheert het MS Office pakket. Kennis SAP en warehousing is een plus. Je hebt een grote interesse in de logistieke wereld en wenst je te engageren om hierin een carrière uit te bouwen.
