Nous sommes à la recherche d’un **External & Internal Communication Officer **pour notre siège social (lieu de travail : Wavre ou Zwijnaarde).

**Fonction**:
Vous travaillez **sous la responsabilité du Chief Executif Officer (CEO)** (communication externe) et de la **Directrice en Ressources Humaines (DRH)** (communication interne) en étroite collaboration avec le département marketing (communication interne et externe)

En tant qu'expert en communication, vous êtes **responsable du développement** et de la **mise en place de la stratégie** de **communication interne et externe** en coordination avec le groupe PHOENIX.

Vous développez des **stratégies de communication** intégrées.

Vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre des **campagnes de communication** novatrices et créatives pour soutenir les initiatives et les projets internes et externes.

Vous êtes **responsable**, pour les entités belges du groupe, de l’«**Employer Branding**» sur les réseaux sociaux (dont la création de contenus) et du déploiement des outils de communication interne développés par le groupe PHOENIX.

Vous organisez chaque année **l’enquête du personnel** et assurez le suivi des actions. Vous occupez un rôle crucial dans le déploiement et la promotion des valeurs de l’entreprise et des projets liés à l’environnement.

**Profil**:

- Master en Business avec spécialisation en communication ou Relations Publiques (PR).
- **5 à 10 ans d'expérience** dans une fonction similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en **communication orale et écrite en français, néerlandais et anglais.**:

- Capacité à communiquer des sujets complexes à des **publics variés**.
- **Sens de la stratégie**, orienté résultats et fortes compétences d'exécution.
- Capacité à **gérer les priorités** tout en se concentrant sur la réalisation de projets clés.
- Esprit de collaboration, capacité à travailler en équipe et à établir des relations solides tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, solides compétences interpersonnelles et d'influence.
- Professionnalisme et confidentialité.
- Autonomie, sens de l'initiative et créativité.
- **Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux** et des évolutions en matière de **digitalisation.**
