**Wat is de uitdaging ?**
Als **Corporate recruiter**:
- Bepaal je de noodzakelijke rekruteringsaanpak in overleg met de businessbehoeften; van actieplan tot resultaat, je beheert jouw vacatureportefeuille als een echte consultant.
- Onderhoud je de talentpool en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de instroom van talent, via specifieke sourcing
- en postingsacties. Je neemt een proactieve houding aan in termen van het onderzoeken en analyseren van de arbeidsmarkt.
- Begeleid je en coach je kandidaten doorheen de rekruteringstools (testing) en de verschillende interacties, om na te gaan of het doel van Partena Professional overeenstemt met hun eigen doel (purpose fit), of ze een positieve impact kunnen hebben (role fit), en of ze zich op hun gemak zullen voelen in een collaboratief governance systeem (culture fit).
- Ontwikkel je een vertrouwensrelatie op, op basis van jouw professionele expertise en kennis van de contextuele gegevens in de organisatie, en integreer je die in jouw advies aan de onderneming.
- Draag je bij tot de uitvoering van bepaalde talent management-projecten en werkt mee aan de voortdurende verbetering van de diensten en processen die door jouw team worden aangeboden.
- Blijf je op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van talentacquisitie en houd je jouw kennis op peil naargelang de ontwikkelingen in jouw vakgebied.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op zak en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in rekrutering.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je bent vertrouwd met job boards, Linkedin, psychometrische vragenlijsten en testings.
- Dankzij jouw authenticiteit en empathie ben je in staat om snel een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen met kandidaten, collega's en externe partners.
- Je bent volhardend en origineel wat je toelaat de juiste personen te vinden.
- Je kan een professioneel netwerk creëren en onderhouden.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de laatste selectie
- en aanwervingstendensen en past ze doeltreffend toe in jouw job.
- Je bent een teamspeler. De nauwe samenwerking tussen de verschillende leden van jouw team stelt je bovendien in staat uitstekende resultaten te behalen in een aangename werkomgeving.
