Laat ons ons even voorstellen: wij zijn **Gentis **, een business consultancy bureau gespecialiseerd in rekrutering oorspronkelijk uit Brussel. Je hebt misschien wel al van ons gehoord, daar wij het eerste bedrijf in België zijn dat een vorm van de 4-dagen werkweek heeft geïmplementeerd en al verscheidene jaren erkend zijn als een "Gazelle"-bedrijf door Trends-magazine.

Wij hebben ons vandaag dan ook al uitgebreid met nieuwe kantoren te Antwerpen en Casablanca, en we beogen zeker nog vele andere landen te veroveren en zowel bedrijven als kandidaten wereldwijd te kunnen behelpen met hun rekruteringsnoden en -ambities.
Vandaar dat wij ook vandaag op zoek zijn naar nieuwe collega's om onze innoverende familie te komen vervoegen
Als Talent Acquisition Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar en vinden van geschikte kandidaten voor openstaande vacatures bij onze klanten.
Je werkt nauw samen met de rest van het team gedurende dit proces en draagt bij aan de groei van het bedrijf met de beste talenten.
- Jouw werkzaamheden zullen onder meer bestaan uit: _
- Het vinden van geschikte kandidaten;
- Het uitvoeren van intakes om de geschiktheid van kandidaten te beoordelen;
- Het begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het gehele recruitmentproces;
- Het onderhandelen over arbeidsvoorwaarden van nieuwe medewerkers.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je spreekt vlot Engels
- Je hebt ruime ervaring opgedaan binnen recruitment;
- Je hebt een passie voor recruitment en hebt de ambitie om hierin te groeien;
- De woorden ambitieus, gedrevenheid en open beschrijven jou
- Je kan prima zelfstandig maar ook goed samenwerken
- Je weet van aanpakken en doorpakken

- Eerste en vooral een topcultuur, waarbij je de mogelijkheid geboden zal worden voor een 4-daagse werkweek eens je je werk goed beheerst en resultaten behaalt (Awesome, toch?)
