**DE JOB**:
Als Business Analyst Supply zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als volgt:

- Opvolging van de supply processen en meer specifiek analyses van voorraden en MRP parameters in SAP MM.
- Voorbereiden van de data, het organiseren en het opvolgen van meetings mbt de opvolging van de slow movers en dode stock.
- Verzamelen van data en voorbereiden van de vergaderingen over de performantie van de leveranciers.
- Analyseren en evalueren van de leadtimes van de leveranciers tov contractuele afspraken.
- Opvolgen en aanpassen van de mrp parameters ifv de noden in de verschillende sites (lokaal en centraal). Voorbereiden en analyseren van de data voor het aanmaken van nieuwe of vernieuwing van bestaande raamcontracten:
- Verbruiksgegevens en performance metingen analyseren
- Voorstel tot optimalisatie leadtimes en voorraadniveaus
- Voorstel optimalisatie verpakking nav verbruiken
- Forecasting
- Ontwikkeling en verbetering van nieuwe/bestaande tools
- Voorbereiden van data en het maken van analyses mbt de aankoopstrategie van bepaalde productgroepen.
- Voorbereiden van data en het maken van analyses mbt het verbeteren van het masterdatabeheer en het uittekenen van de bijgaande processen.
- Voorbereiden van interne en externe vergaderingen. Uitvoeren en opvolgen van acties die uit deze meetings voortkomen. Meewerken aan verschillende supply chain verbeteringsprojecten (cross domain) binnen het KGSC programma voor het gedeelte bevoorrading en MRP (Continuous Improvement) door middel van het verzamelen van data en het uitvoeren van de nodige analyses.Het betreft een functie van het niveau van Rang 3, en van klasse 7 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een Master diploma bij voorkeur in supply chain of evenwaardig door ervaring.
- Een eerste ervaring binnen de supply chain is een voorwaarde.
- Je hebt een analytische geest.
- Je hebt een zeer goed kennis van de MS Office tools.
- Een kennis van SAP (MM) is een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en je hebt een operationele kennis van het Frans. Ook een operationele kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk.
- Je bent een echte team player. Je zorgt voor een positieve samenwerking met de andere diensten en andere business analysts.
- Je besteedt aandacht aan de noden, vragen en klachten van klanten en andere belanghebbenden (intern en extern) en reageert op een adequate manier.
- Je collega's kunnen op jou rekenen, en dat is ook omgekeerd het geval.
- Je werkt autonoom maar je bent ook in staat om efficiënt samen te werken en feedback te geven.
- Je neemt initiatieven en gaat over tot actie in lijn met de gecommuniceerde prioriteiten.
- Je blijft kalm in situaties waarin jij, en eventueel de ploeg, onder (tijds)druk komt te staan.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en methodisch. Je controleert het eigen werk op juistheid en volledigheid.
