**Wat ga jij als Remote Support Specialist doen?**
Je biedt 2e lijns support aan onze klanten en servicemonteurs op locatie. Hierbij kan je denken aan softwareconfiguraties, netwerkconfiguraties en de installatie van hardwarecomponenten. Onze klanten zijn bijvoorbeeld zorginstellingen, gemeentes, parkeerexploitanten en hotels. Je komt te werken in een team van 11 collega’s die verspreid door het land wonen en onze klanten bedienen.
**Jouw taken**:
- Dagelijks voer je analyses uit op de verschillende werkorders en zorg je voor het vinden van de optimale oplossing. Deze oplossing implementeer je in nauwe samenwerking met onze klanten. Je werkt de beschikbare documentatie bij met de laatste stand van zaken.
- Je onderhoudt effectieve communicatie met collega's op de 1e lijns support om openstaande werkorders te bespreken. Je neemt contact op met klanten om grondige analyses van de situatie uit te voeren en hen te voorzien van passende oplossingen. Je behandelt jouw werkorders volledig. Dit betekent dat je ook de facturatie initieert en zorgt voor duidelijke werkbonnen waarin jouw uitgevoerde taken helder zijn beschreven.
- Je blijft je ontwikkelen op de SKIDATA-oplossingen en gerelateerde IT gebieden, zoals virtualisatie, databases, netwerken en Microsoft producten

**Wat we van jou als Remote Support Specialist vragen**:
- Je hebt HBO werk en denkniveau.
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- De aanvraag van een Blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister is onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure.
