THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you someone who enjoys a diverse role with a focus on logistics? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for managing shipments of our valuable collection pieces and samples across Europe and internationally.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and process outgoing shipments via DHL, FedEx, and other couriers.
- Handle international shipments of samples and collection pieces, ensuring timely delivery across Europe and beyond.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing deliveries and packages.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and monitor tracking for timely arrivals.
- Welcome visitors, mange incoming phone calls and general inquiries.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects or events as needed.
PROFILE
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch, English and French.
- Representative and customer-oriented, with a natural friendliness and professionalism.
- Hands-on, detail orientated, organized.
- Able to deal with deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility and willingness to step in and help where needed.
- Familiar with standard office software (MS Office).
