Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Claims Administrator who is looking to transition into a technical coaching role for the team.
**Description**
- You collaborate with the Team Leader by contributing your expertise on technical files;
- You share your knowledge with the team through training and continuous improvement;
- You also play a key role as a technical coach in the development of the department.
- You independently manage claims files;
- Managing and adapting reservations according to the evolution of the file;
- Gather the necessary information and data related to the claim to make a decision;
- Decide on the intervention or not of possible service providers, and to accept the claim or not;
- Keep clients and brokers continuously informed about the evolution of the file
- You analyze the claim, gather the necessary information and propose bassende solutions;
- You monitor the reserves and the evolution of the claims;
- You determine, negotiate and pay compensation in accordance with your responsibilities;
- You analyze and participate in the decision-making process for more technical and complex cases;
- You actively participate in coaching and training team members;
- You play a key role in the development of the department by making improvement proposals and participating in innovation and change projects.
**Profile**
- You have obtained a Master's degree or similar through experience;
- You have a strong Claims experience;
- You are well bilingual Dutch/French;
- You are entrepreneurial, motivated and a real team player;
- You are customer and solution oriented but can also be a good listener and empathic;
- You can communicate clearly and efficiently.
