To stimulate its further growth, WTW Belgium is looking for a talented **Team Leader Claims **(M/F) for its CRB (Corporate Risk & Broking) activities.

**The role**

As a Team leader Claims within our Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing and coaching the claims department (team of Claims Advisors, Claims Advisors Fleet, Claims Advisors Marine and Claims Specialists).

You will also handle a reduced portfolio as Claims Specialist:
You optimally defend and promote clients’ interests, both on the internal level and externally with our partners-insurers.
For this purpose, you keep close track of the conventions and agreements in place.
Client-oriented management and rigorous follow-up of the files are second nature for you.

Your key responsibilities involve:

- Responsible for embedding all claims compliance requirements in our day-to-day processes and responsible for the adherence to the different policies (audit);
- Providing day to day excellent client service & providing hands on support were needed in the claims department;
- Continuous improvement and innovation: with a strong mindset to the business, introduce changes to the structure and process to drive better operational and financial efficiency within the claims department;
- Support client development/ client retention/ visit clients;
- Working together with the other internal departments to create a winning team and provide a compelling client experience;
- Maintaining relations with the different contact persons within the insurance companies.
