**Over ons Employment team**
Ons Employment, Pensions & Mobility team is een dynamisch team. Samen met uw collega’s staat u onze cliënten bij op alle vlakken van het arbeidsrecht (waaronder het individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht en het sociaal zekerheidsrecht). Naast uw collega’s in Brussel, werkt u ook nauw samen met uw internationale collega’s.
We adviseren onze cliënten over alle HR zaken, zoals het werven, tewerkstellen of beëindigen van een arbeidsrelatie. Wij voeren onderhandelingen met de vakbondsorganisaties, stellen contractuele documenten, collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten, communicaties en het HR-beleid op. Daarnaast begeleiden we bij de implementering van grote wijzigingen binnen het bedrijf (grote flexibiliteit, herstructurering, outsourcing, collectief ontslag, sluiting van de onderneming), een controle door de sociale inspectie of een staking. Tenslotte, staan wij onze cliënten uiteraard ook bij in geval van een gerechtelijke procedure voor de arbeidsrechtbanken en arbeidshoven.

Taylor Wessing is op zoek naar een advocaat gespecialiseerd in het arbeidsrecht om haar team op het kantoor in Brussel te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft mínimaal 7 jaar werkervaring en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. U spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en u heeft een goede kennis van het Engels, zodat u dossiers in deze taal kunt beheren. Beheersing van de Franse taal is een pré maar geen vereiste.
