Na het volgen van de opleidingen betreffende uw functie en zodra u voldoende beheersing van

deze aantoont, worden de modaliteiten omtrent telewerken en aanwezigheid voor bepaalde

gelegenheden op bureau (teamvergaderingen, evenementen, opleidingen, ) met je

leidinggevende besproken.

Yuzzu zal je het nodige materiaal evenals een aangepaste financiële compensatie toekennen

om je de mogelijkheid te geven om in optimale condities te telewerken.

Yuzzu is momenteel op zoek naar een **Pricing Technical Expert
**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
**Onze PPA-afdeling (Products, Pricing & Analytics) staat in voor de ontwikkeling en het beheer
van onze producten. Ze dekt zowel de optimalisering van het ‘risk & market’-prijsmodel als het
end-to-end beheer van onze producten. Je draagt bij tot de realisatie van een rendabele groei in
de Yuzzu-businesslijnen.

Je rapporteert hiertoe aan de productmanager en werkt nauw samen met de diverse teams van
de afdelingen marketing, IT-ontwikkeling, operations, riskmanagement en juridische dienst.

Ontwikkelen en/of herzien van modellen van technische en commerciële premies om de
duurzame groei van de portefeuille veilig te stellen.

Analyseren van tarieven, modellen, data enz.; proactief delen van de resultaten binnen

en buiten het team en meteen ook de eventuele gepaste corrigerende maatregelen

voorstellen.

De technische expertise op collaboratieve wijze promoten binnen het team.

Klantgericht analyseren van de impact van tariefmaatregelen.

Ontwikkelen en updaten van rapporteersystemen met het oog op bewaking van de

activiteit binnen de bestaande portefeuille en van nieuwe zaken.

Produceren van rapporten en analyses ten behoeve van het topmanagement.

Nauw samenwerken met de afdelingen Customer Solutions, Operations, Marketing, Risk

en Sales om je realisaties te optimaliseren in het collectieve belang.

**Wat zijn je competenties/ervaringen?
**Je hebt liefst minstens 5 jaar ervaring op het domein van verzekeringstarifering.
Ervaring met tarifering in BOAR-verzekeringen en/of met gedragsmodellen (vraag,

terugval,) is een troef.
Een kwantitatief-economisch-statistische achtergrond (bv. handelsingenieur, actuariaat,

)._ _
Programmeervaardigheden (bv. SAS, VBA, R, C++,).
