**Pricing Expert Lending - impact maken in het strategische hart van ING**

De CoE Pricing heeft een cruciale rol in ons bedrijf. Ga maar na, prijs is een belangrijke - en heel vaak dé belangrijkste - driver achter miljoenen consumentenbeslissingen, elke dag weer. En voor ons bedrijf één van de belangrijkste factoren achter onze winstgevendheid.

Dit klinkt misschien allemaal vrij simpel maar er gaat een hele wereld achter schuil. Met de prijsstructuren, strategische product
- prijspositionering en het prijsniveau van onze producten sturen wij niet alleen de inkomstenrealisatie van ING Bank België, Pricing gaat verder dan Inkomsten. Pricing is ook belangrijk voor
- het beïnvloeden van onze balansposities
- het beïnvloeden van de credit en market risk en sturen op gewenste risk appetite
- het beïnvloeden van klantgedrag en daarmee samenhangende kosten (diensten incentiveren of ontmoedigen)
- beïnvloeding van prijsperceptie van onze klanten

En dat alles natuurlijk vanuit de basisgedachte dat al onze prijzen fair en transparant moeten zijn in lijn met de overal purpose van ING.

De centrale pricingafdeling heeft zijn waarde al meer dan bewezen. Maar we zien nog veel meer kansen We willen veel meer gaan prijzen vanuit wat klanten onze producten en diensten waard vinden (Value Based Pricing), in plaats van de ‘kostprijs-plus’ benadering waarbij we een standaard winstmarge berekenen. Daarnaast maken we ook de switch naar Agile werken.

Ben jij analytisch en scherp en houd je van dingen uitvogelen en complexe afwegingen maken tussen onder meer klantbelang, baten, volume, kosten, concurrentie en reputatie ? En vind je het ook leuk om mensen te overtuigen en dingen gedaan te krijgen? En wil je werken in het hart van de organisatie aan projecten met grote strategische prioriteit? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

**Wie zoeken we?**
- Je hebt aantoonbaar analytische vaardigheden, je neemt gemakkelijk complexe informatie tot je en je houdt ervan om zaken te doorgronden, fact based en data driven.
- Je hebt een drive om impact te maken. Je gaat actief op zoek naar verbeteringen in product
- en prijsproposities om zo de waarde creatie voor ING te optimaliseren. Je kwantificeert de financiële impact die je maakt, gestaafd obv markt-, concurrentie
- en klantgedrag analyses.
- Je bent zelfstartend, je steekt als vanzelfsprekend de handen uit de mouwen en neemt initiatief, zowel zelfstandig als samen met je collega’s in de CoE
- Je bent communicatief en organisatorisch sterk. Daarbij ben je besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht, durf je dingen ‘anders’ te doen en heb je de vaardigheden om goed en makkelijk met veel verschillende betrokkenen te schakelen
- Je bent een teamplayer die zich hard maakt voor het teambelang, zich uitspreekt en feedback vraagt en durft te geven
- Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met producten en klanten in business lending produkten en diensten
- Je hebt een afgeronde Master-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde, econometrie of aanverwant vakgebied
- Ervaring met verschillende prijsmodellen zoals Value Based Pricing, behavourial pricing en kostprijs pluspricing is een plus
- Ervaring met business lending producten producten is een plus
- Ervaring op gebied van Finance, Market
- en/of Credit Risk is een plus
- Je hebt ervaring in het Agile werken
