**Introduction**
En tant qu'entreprise jeune et ambitieuse, active dans le développement et la production d'énergie renouvelable, Eoly Energy recherche un nouvel employé énergique, de préférence en tant qu'indépendant. Nous recherchons un négociateur pour nous soutenir dans les projets d'énergie éolienne en cours et à initier. Pour l'instant, il s'agit d'un poste d’environ 20 heures par semaine, mais il sera probablement étendu à un poste à temps plein en temps voulu.
**Tâches**
En tant que négociateur, votre objectif est de contribuer à notre mission écologique en réalisant les tâches suivantes:
- Vous contactez les propriétaires et les locataires de terrain en Wallonie.
- Vous concluez des accords et rédigez des contrats.
- Vous êtes l'antenne et le visage de notre entreprise pour les propriétaires et les riverains.
- Vous travaillerez avec les membres de notre équipe et ferez rapport au manager.
- Vous participez à des réunions de consultation relatives aux projets.
- Vous construirez un réseau de contacts.
**Profil de la fonction**
- Vous êtes francophone, mais vous pouvez également vous exprimer en néerlandais et en anglais.
- Vous avez une attitude commerciale et vous tirez satisfaction de la réalisation d'objectifs commerciaux.
- Vous avez de préférence de l’expérience en matière de négociation.
- Vous avez un véritable intérêt pour les énergies renouvelables et, plus particulièrement, pour l'énergie éolienne.
- Une expérience en matière de procédures de permis constitue un atout.
- Vous entrez en dialogue avec des contacts à différents niveaux : particuliers et entreprises.
- Les conversations difficiles ne vous dissuadent pas. Vous entrez en dialogue avec les partisans et les opposants.
- Vous parvenez à convaincre les parties prenantes de notre mission écologique.
- Vous êtes empathique et pouvez vous mettre à la place de votre interlocuteur.
- Vous êtes prêt à parcourir de longues distances. Nos projets sont répartis dans toute la Wallonie.
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande indépendance, mais vous attachez également de l'importance à une bonne intégration au sein de notre équipe.
