**M365 Solution Consultant**

**(Gent/ Zaventem / en of Thuis | 40 uur )**

Als M365 Solution Specialist Productivity bij Wortell help je organisaties hun werkwijzen te vertalen naar oplossingen in SharePoint Online en Teams. Je bent expert in kennismanagement, compliance, document management, employee experience en migraties. In deze rol begeleid je organisaties bij complexe vraagstukken en neem je de leiding in projecten.

Door de juiste vragen te stellen, krijg je snel inzicht in de organisatie en schets je probleemloos de juiste oplossing voor niet-technische stakeholders. Uitdagingen zoals weerstand en complexiteit zie je als kansen. Nadat je de oplossing hebt geschetst, help je het team bij de implementatie. Ondertussen ben je al betrokken bij het volgende project, gedreven door de impact die je maakt met je adviezen en oplossingen.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- ** DMS Implementatie**:Je helpt een internationale organisatie om hun belangrijke documenten op een verantwoorde manier op te slaan. Je denkt na over werkprocessen, de levenscyclus van bestanden en andere beleidsregels. Je begeleidt het team wat de daadwerkelijke inrichting verzorgt.
- ** Adviseren over migraties**:Als Solution Consultant adviseer jij onze klanten hoe ze een succesvolle tenant 2 tenant migratie kunnen doen. Je weet mensen te overtuigen van je aanpak.
- ** Presenteren van oplossingen**:Als de klantvraag eenmaal helder is ga jij aan de slag om oplossingen op het gebied van productiviteit, documenten, kennis & compliance uit te denken. Vervolgens presenteer je die aan c-level bestuurders om het project te laten starten.
- ** Begeleiden migratie traject**:Je helpt een grote organisatie van meerdere Microsoft 365 tenants naar 1 tenant te migreren, je voert gesprekken met diverse stakeholders bepaalt de oplossing en vertaalt dit naar je technische collega’s. Je fungeert als lead architect richting de klant en behoudt het inhoudelijke overzicht.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Minimaal 5 jaar waarvan 2 jaar projectervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Diepgaande kennis van SharePoint Online & Teams;
- Kennis van migratie tooling;
- Het inrichten van document management systemen kent voor jou geen geheimen;
- Ervaring met het leiden van migratie trajecten;
- Goede communicatie
- en presentatie skills, analytisch sterk en in staat om draagvlak te creëren.
