Zoals in iedere industrie, ondergaat ook de VRT een digitale transformatie. De wijze waarop de VRT haar opdracht uitvoert en de context waarin ze dat doet is grondig gewijzigd en blijft evolueren aan hoog tempo. Ook het bedrijfsmodel van de VRT is bijgevolg onderhevig aan voortdurende verandering en bijsturing. Om de digitale transformatie goed te begeleiden werd er een ERP Programma opgericht. Binnen dit ERP programma heeft VRT de ambitie om een nieuw productieplanningssysteem te implementeren dat voldoet aan de toekomstige planningsnoden alsook een nieuw payroll systeem ter ondersteuning van een flexibel en wendbaar loonbeleid._

Om deze specifieke track, binnen het ERP programma, goed te begeleiden is VRT op zoek naar een (freelance of payroll) **ERP Projectleider**.
- De projectleider rapporteert aan en werkt nauw samen met de ERP Programma Manager om de projectdoelstellingen te bereiken binnen de algehele ERP transformatie.
- Je begeleidt het proces om te komen tot een applicatielandschap aangepast aan de veranderde wijze waarop VRT haar opdracht invult en de context waarin ze werkt.
- Je verzamelt de verwachtingen en maakt hierbij een onderscheid tussen functionele en niet-functionele vereisten.
- Je brengt in beeld hoe prioritair of kritisch de verschillende verwachtingen zijn ten opzichte van elkaar. In je analyse heb je aandacht voor de processen, het datamodel én voor de rapportering die er verwacht wordt voor de sturing door de VRT-directies. Op basis hiervan schrijf je mee aanbestedingsprocedures voor de nieuwe applicaties en begeleidt i.s.m. Aankoop dit proces.
- Verder begeleid je mee de implementatie van de nieuwe applicaties en processen. Je bent een goede presentator en excellente luisteraar.
- Je kan visie en ideeën op een eenvoudige, heldere en overtuigende manier overbrengen. Je bent een excellente luisteraar en je begrijpt door het stellen van vragen wat stakeholders en gebruikers nodig hebben. Je kan helder en duidelijk communiceren zonder jargontaal. Je documenteert de verwachtingen met behulp van een standaard zodat de procesbeschrijvingen universeel zijn en door meerdere partijen in dit domein kunnen begrepen worden.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou? **technische job ERP Project Lead**:

- Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring voor ERP business analyses en procesoptimalisaties met focus op HR en productieplanning.
- Je hebt de capaciteit om meerdere individuele projecten te overzien, en de inhoudelijke verbanden tussen de diverse projecten te sturen en optimaliseren.
- Ervaring in het werken in een mediabedrijf, meer specifiek ervaring met productplanning systemen/processen alsook hard HR processen en tooling (payrol).
- Kennis van goede UX methodologie.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectbeheer en ontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bijv. Prince-2, MSP) en bent in staat om ter zake expertkennis over te dragen.
