Scully Systems, a small division of an International Company, is looking for an energetic, positive team member who has strong technical skills to assist us in providing excellent service to our customers in the Benelux as well as other countries across Europe. Our brand is recognized worldwide for exceptional safety, quality and service and our focus is on protecting people and the environment. We engineer and manufacture safety controls for fueling, storage and transport of hazardous liquids.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide field service support to include preventative and corrective maintenance of Electronic Overfill Prevention, Static Grounding and Vehicle Identification Systems
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve customer technical issues via phone and at the customer site.
- Repair of Warranty returns at office workshop.
- Commissioning of new equipment
- Conduct product training at customer locations
- Respond to customer product inquiries
- Repair, test and maintain equipment
- Make recommendations to customer maintenance technicians
- Prepare technical reports
- Assist in providing technical input to customer proposals & presentations
- travel within Europe **While in the Belgium office, duties also include**:
- Arranging customer visits and planning trip itinerary to assigned countries

- Answering incoming technical/commercial questions
- Building and upgrading demo-equipment & loaner stock
- Follow up on customer requests
- Answer the phone during busy times
- Write documentation for repair procedures as required
- Write technical support documentation for end-user customers
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and equipment configurations
- Assist in translating client requests into quotations
- Assist with product assembly work
- Enter customer information from all visits and important phone interactions into the CRM system
**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 Years of experience in a field service environment
- Ability to read and work with schematics
- Ability to conduct technical presentations and training
- Relevant Engineering experience in the transportation or petroleum industries is a plus
- Strong remote and on-site troubleshooting capabilities
- Familiar with various electronic testing equipment and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You can work with the most common software systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, some basic French (German is a plus)
- Driver’s License B (mandatory) with at least two years of driving experience.
