**Position Summary**

The function is meant for supporting current SCM division HAD (focus KRT) and taking up Returns & Service tasks (CE initiative).
**Role and Responsibilities**
**Key responsibilities**
SAO Order input & support
- Sales admins SCM support by inputting orders in NERP; processing mails;
- Answer phone calls of customers who require more info and follow up
- Backup during holidays and support in high workload periods
Returns: focus on KRT; and taking the CE lead together with TL
- Bring structure in Returns way of working; and track progress week after week
- Follow up on long pending cases and react on urgent cases
- Delegate AVD tasks to AVD division once summary of todos is made
- Take action and communicate with internal divisions and customers in order to solve issues
After sales/KRT service & dealer entry
- Admin concerning after sales service; input in dealer systeem
- Help kitchen retail customers with returns; service and special requests
- Find asap solutions in contact with SCM, Sales & Marketing
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Functional/Technical Skills**
- Good social and communication skills
- Very accurate while working with data
- Hands-on and pro-active mindset
**Profile (experience)**
- Bachelor degree
- Trilingual (Dutch, English and French) for Belgium
- Samsung DNA: Flexible / no 9-5 worker / Dynamic
