Our Waygate Technologies team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the inspection process. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

You will be in a customer facing role responsible for winning business. You will develop midterm vision on own function in relation to the business. You will have a major contribution to the strategic plan of higher unit (be it function or business unit).

As a Commercial Leader Film & Digital Imaging EMEAIC, you will be responsible for:

- Managing & leading the commercial team for Europe, CIS, MENAT, SSA and India
- Managing the performance of various channel partners across Europe, CIS, MENAT, SSA and India
- Handling important business unit clients and contracts.
- Handling big or highly complex markets.
- Being an active member of the Film & Digital Imaging leadership team.
- Driving strategic initiatives in the Film to Digital Conversion, help defining the long term strategy/growth path

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have BSc. from an accredited university or college.
- Have good experience in Sales.
- Have very good oral and written communication skills.
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have established project management skills.
