Senior Sales Manager Benelux

**We are currently seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join us as our Head of Sales**. In this role, you will be responsible for putting our cutting-edge Bricsys products in the market and driving growth aligned with our company goals and objectives. This is a hands-on position that requires you to shape commercial strategies while actively engaging in prospecting and closing deals.
In this role, you will
- Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies to meet and exceed growth expectations, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, motivate and support the sales team
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Track, measure and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs
- Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel growth
- Understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
- You manage efficiently and effectively the division’s resources, including human skills, and information technology
The role is offered on a regular employment contract basis.
**This is you**
- 5+ years of experience in sales/commercial manager roles in SaaS/software industry
- A strong understanding of 'solution selling' in a B2B market
- Knowledge of the construction sector within the Benelux region and having an industry network is a strong asset
- Understanding of CAD, BIM and CDE market, competitor landscape and products is a strong asset.
- **Fluent in Dutch and English. **Other additional languages are a plus, particularly French.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable working with virtual team members
- Excellent planning, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating new teams & direct report management
