Pricing and Sales Support Manager

The Pricing & Sales Support function was not existing 6 years ago. With pricing modelling (Nina project) our approach to the market became completely different in terms of effective pricing, and became a game chancer. Today a pricing manager has become an important role in the agency as being an expert in margin analysis, systems for pricing (salesforce) and reporting (tableau) in order to steer, together with the team, the local Benelux perimeter in terms of volumes and profitability. The function will be divers as general support for Country Head for all kind of (ad hoc) projects and analyses will be part of the daily job.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up the yearly Business Plan
- Analyse and present quarterly SMAR data
- Organize profitability workshops to prepare upcoming negotiations, define price strategy and increase price differentiation
- Support Country Head and Account Managers to steer the business on Contribution Margin on daily basis
- Participate to and prepare weekly pricing calls with Country Heads and central pricing team
- Actively manage Pricing Products, Business Rules, Minibar
- Follow-up of offer status, PTC, contract volumes, contract duration
- Support transition to Machine Learning model
- Perform market analysis based on GEO database
- General support to the Country Head on miscellaneous topics
Profile
- Years of experience, previous job experience: experience in a Controlling environment would be a plus
- Diploma, certification: Master’s degree
- Languages required: Dutch and English
- Technical skills: Office, Salesforce, Tableau
- Strong analytical and data-driven mind
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed team player
- Very good sense of prioritization
- Autonomous working.
