**Verleg grenzen als business manager in UZ Leuven**:
Momenteel heeft UZ Leuven een vacature als Business Manager (BM). In deze functie ben je de dagelijkse gesprekspartner tussen de toegewezen medische diensten/activiteitencentra en de directie, vanuit een financieel/economisch/strategisch/project-focus. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationele directie.
- Het betreft een voltijdse tewerkstelling met een contract van onbepaalde duur._
**Hoe verleg je grenzen?**:
- Je beheerst de domeinen van de toegewezen medische diensten vanuit een financieel maar ook technisch-inhoudelijk oogpunt om zo complementair met de medische aansturing van de diensthoofden het totaalbeleid vorm te geven en te realiseren.
- Je zorgt mee voor de communicatie en implementatie van de strategische en operationele doelstellingen vastgelegd door de directie. In dit kader begeleid en ondersteun je de diensthoofden bij het opmaken van hun beleidsplan (om de 4 jaar) en een begroting (1x/jaar).
- Je bekijkt of de vragen, projecten en plannen van de betrokken diensten bijdragen tot het realiseren van de strategische en operationele doelstellingen van het ziekenhuis en begeleidt het uitwerken ervan.
- Samen met de verpleegkundig manager (VM) en personeelsmanager (PM) bewaak je de personele en materiële middelen ifv het vooropgestelde budget (personeel, investeringen en werkingskosten) van de aan jou toegewezen diensten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verpleegkundig managers, personeelsmanagers en procesmanagers om voor het geheel van de toegewezen diensten een congruente en efficiënte interactie met de verantwoordelijke operationeel directeur mogelijk te maken.
- Tenslotte neem je de rol op van projectcoördinator voor de aan jou toegewezen projecten.
**Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?**:
- Je behaalde een master diploma, bij voorkeur in de (toegepaste) economische wetenschappen, rechten, handelsingenieur of burgerlijk ingenieur.
- Je beschikt minstens over een 5-tal jaren relevante professionele ervaring, bij voorkeur ook in projectmanagement.
- Je koppelt een resultaatgerichte ondernemingszin aan sterke relationele kwaliteiten en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld en hebt sterke organisatorische skills.
- Je beschikt over een goede PC-kennis.
- Je bent stressbestendig en je kunt de nodige flexibiliteit bieden.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse voor de uitdagingen binnen de gezondheidszorg.
