Als Business Manager ga je aan de slag in een dynamische en commerciële omgeving.
Je bent voortdurend op zoek naar nieuwe prospecten om jouw kantoor te laten groeien. Je bent een krak in het leggen van verbindingen met zowel klanten als kandidaten. Zo bouw je langdurige en vertrouwde relaties op, waardoor klanttevredenheid en loyaliteit worden versterkt.
Bovendien verlies je ook je huidige klanten niet uit het oog. Het verzorgen van je huidige klanten is minstens even belangrijk als het vinden van nieuwe prospecten.
Je leeft je dus graag in en zet de klant altijd centraal in je gedachtegang.
Je weet als geen ander hoe je een team gemotiveerd en gefocust kunt houden. In jouw rol is effectieve communicatie en transparantie essentieel in jouw aanpak. Eén van je doelen is om jouw team te transformeren tot de leiders van morgen en daarom hecht je waarde aan training en ontwikkeling. Door gezamenlijke inspanningen zorg je ervoor dat succes een teamprestatie wordt.
