Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Project Manager** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- De goede werking van de energiemarkt is een van de belangrijkste elementen in de energietransitie.
- Onze klant speelt een centrale rol bij het faciliteren van de markt en is verantwoordelijk voor verschillende zogenaamde nevendiensten voor het beheer van het net (bijvoorbeeld balancerende reserves, blackstart, verliescompensatie, enz.) en voor het uitvoeren van diverse taken in de marktmechanismen voor de beveiliging van de energievoorziening (bijvoorbeeld capaciteitsvergoedingsmechanisme).
- Het Market Operations team binnen de Markets-afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de vlekkeloze organisatie van pre-kwalificatie en veilingen voor de aankoop van producten, monitoring van de naleving van de verplichtingen van marktdeelnemers, operationeel verandermanagement als gevolg van talrijke ontwikkelingen (bijvoorbeeld Europese samenwerking, deelname van nieuwe technologieën, enz.), nauwkeurige rapportage met betrekking tot deze activiteiten, enz.
- De Implementation Manager speelt een belangrijke rol binnen het Market Operations team door verschillende disciplines samen te brengen.
- De Implementation Manager heeft gedetailleerde operationele kennis van de producten en processen, draagt bij aan een soepele operationele werking en identificeert mogelijke verbeteringen.
- De Implementation Manager fungeert als ambassadeur van de operationele werking richting producteigenaren en bedrijfsanalisten in de ontwikkeling en implementatie van verbeteringen.
- De taken van een Implementation Manager omvatten onder andere het opvolgen en verbeteren van operationele processen, het identificeren van verbeterpunten en feedback, het identificeren en ontwikkelen van ondersteunende implementaties, het fungeren als intern contactpunt voor producten en processen, het ondersteunen van het operationele team, het fungeren als veranderaar voor processen en producten, en deelname aan projecten en evoluties.
- Er wordt specifiek gezocht naar een Implementation Manager met een sterke focus op het verbeteren van processen en tools voor controle, afrekening en gerelateerde activiteiten met betrekking tot nevendiensten in het kader van de energietransitie.

Functie-eisen
- Een masterdiploma in engineering of een masterdiploma in economie met interesse in werken in een technische omgeving of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Snel kunnen leren, met een proactieve en positieve houding.
- Een grote interesse in de energiesector hebben en begrip hebben van de werking van de wereldwijde energiemarkt.
- In staat zijn om zich te focussen op details zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen en foutloos werk af te leveren.
- Een sterk analytisch denkvermogen hebben en complexe processen kunnen beheersen en begrijpen.
- Vloeiend zijn in het Nederlands of Frans en voldoende kennis hebben van de andere taal. Bovendien vloeiend kunnen communiceren in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Houden van teamwork, resultaatgericht zijn en in staat zijn om problemen op te lossen.
- Een vloeiende communicatiestijl hebben.
- Een goede kennis hebben van MS Office en vooral sterk zijn in Excel. Ook ervaring en kennis hebben van Python en/of PowerBI.
