Wil jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het managen van alle TUI extra’s die de vakantie van onze klanten compleet maken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Als Ancillaries & 3rd Party Suppliers Manager houd je je bezig met het managen, aansturen en optimaliseren van het product portfolio ancillaries en het opvolgen van de account TUI fly, portefeuille Touroperator derden en 3rd part suppliers. Jouw werk moet leiden tot een aantrekkelijk ancillary product portfolio, een concurrentieel prijs
- en yieldbeleid, marktconforme commissioneringen en optimale conversies. Door mede jouw werk behalen we de vooropgestelde revenu, marge targets en tot slot een optimale klantentevredenheid.
**OVER DE FUNCTIE**
- Je focust je op het analyseren, de uitwerking en implementatie van (nieuwe) ancillary producten over alle sales kanalen (retail en online);
- Je houdt je bezig met de optimalisatie van de bestaande ancillary producten alsook het coördineren en uitwerken van nieuwe ancillaries tot de uiteindelijke implementatie;
- Je bent secuur en draagt bij aan de juistheid van de content in onze communicatie kanalen;
- Je werkt de commerciële acties uit en volgt deze op;
- Je analyseert verkoopresultaten uit alle sales kanalen en stelt acties voor ter verbetering van de verkoop;
- Je ondersteunt bij Group Ancillary projecten;
- Je analyseert de lokale markt op zoek naar nieuwe producten en leveranciers voor zowel ancillary producten als TUI’s eigen retail;
- Je negotieert en sluit contracten af met lokale leveranciers

- Je hebt een bachelor werk
- en denkniveau én hebt mínimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig ingesteld;
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld waarbij je high value opportuniteiten identificeert en prioriteert;
- Je beschikt over goede presentatie skills en bent communicatief sterk;
- Je hebt een sterke overtuigingskracht;
- Je bent sterk in het organiseren en past je gemakkelijk aan in het werk met verschillende stakeholders;
- Je bent proactief, kan zelfstandig goed uit de voeten, maar hebt de team ethiek altijd voor ogen.
