**LE JOB**:
En tant que Shift Planner, vous intégrez l'équipe Shift Planning & Logistics responsable de la rédaction, de la mise à jour et du suivi du planning du personnel dans les différents sièges de travail (cabines de signalisation) de l'Area South-West.

Vos tâches comportent:

- La planification de toutes les prestations nécessaires pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des cabines de signalisation.
- L'octroi et la planification des congés et des jours libres pour le personnel.
- Le rappel en service d'agents pour remplacer un collègue malade et le rappel d'agents chargés d'intervenir en cas d'incident ou accident.
- La planification des formations nécessaires en concertation avec le Training Planner.
- L'inscription des participants aux formations. L'alignement de prestations complémentaires en concertation avec le Teamleader Operations.
- La rédaction de différents rapports concernant l'occupation du personnel, les absences pour maladie, la planification des congés,...

**CONDITIONS D'ACCES**:

- soit titulaires d’un diplôme de bachelier.
- soit agents des chemins de fer belges et:

- titulaires d’un grade de rang 4.
- titulaires d’un grade de rang 5 justifiant de minimum 5 ans d’expérience aux chemins de fer.

Grade de référence : Secrétaire administratif.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Une expérience en tant que planificateur est un atout.

Compétences techniques:

- Vous manipulez aisément Word, Excel et Outlook.
- La connaissance d’Harmony est un atout.
- La connaissance de SAP est un atout.

Connaissance de la langue:
