**Job description**:
Twipe is a mediatech scale-up based in Leuven, Belgium working with leading newspaper publishers in Europe and the US to grow their digital subscribers and sustain quality journalism. We offer cloud based digital edition publishing, analytics, and personalization solutions. Our innovative solutions accelerate the growth of newspapers including Le Monde, The Telegraph and the various titles of Mediahuis (De Standaard, Het Nieuwsblad, De Telegraaf, ).

To inspire our industry, we gather and analyze industry knowledge and share insights with our growing Future of News publishers’ community.

**Why are we hiring?**

Our clients are eager to add new features and the number of demands for Agile deliveries keeps on growing. It’s in that context that you’ll join our Product Delivery squad as a Project Manager for our co-development solutions to ensure their efficient and fast-paced delivery.

**What do you do?**
- You take end-to-end ownership of product and feature development projects with our customers
- You plan and coordinate simultaneous fast paced and short cycle projects (3 to 4 months track on average)
- You make sure they’re delivered on time by driving our clients’ team, gaining their trust and engagement
- You gather requirements from customers and readers, analyse and document them unambiguously
- You gather insights from various stakeholders to ease decision making
- You make a project implementation plan, highlighting key milestones and intermediate delivery moments.
- You communicate proactively about the delivery process and act as the single point of contact for product related concerns or questions of our customers
- You’re responsible to test the deployment, monitor, and follow-up afterwards to ensure high quality

**Your track record**:

- You show a successful track record as an experienced project manager
- You’re a planning wizard able to manage several tracks at once
- You have an in-depth technical understanding or interest in software development which allows you to quickly make assessments and to have efficient discussions with the engineering team.
- You’re highly familiar with agile development environments
- You’re able to detect risks upfront and to address them proactively
- You’re familiar with the Atlassian suite: JIRA and Confluence
- You’re also comfortable with the Microsoft suite: Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Additional experience with debugging (Charles, Fiddler) or API (Postman) testing tools is good to have
