En rejoignant notre département Estate Planning, vous intégrez une équipe de trente expert-e-s en droit, notariat et fiscalité. Notre mission: conseiller nos clients et clientes sur la gestion optimale de leur patrimoine professionnel et personnel, en tenant compte de leurs besoins familiaux et individuels, tant sur le plan juridique que fiscal.
En tant qu'Estate Planner, vous êtes le stratège patrimonial qui guide nos clients et clientes vers le succès financier, et vous jouez un rôle clé dans la formation des Relationship Managers. Vous contribuez à accroître notre visibilité en interne et en externe, grâce à des présentations et publications thématiques. Vous êtes au fait des modifications réglementaires juridiques et fiscales, et renforcez ainsi la valeur ajoutée de nos services, tout en assurant leur développement et leur amélioration continus.
Spécifiquement:
- Vous êtes un expert en planification patrimoniale et successorale et vous conseillez les clients et clientes du Personal (nommé Affluent en interne) & Private banking.
- Vous assurez une veille permanente de l’actualité juridique et fiscale.
- Vous transmettez aux Relationship Managers des compétences de base dans le domaine (grâce à des présentations, formations, modules digitaux, etc.).
- Vous présentez des sujets thématiques lors d’événements destinés aux clients et clientes du segment.
**Vos talents et compétences**
- Vous êtes à l’écoute active des clientes et des clients et vous établissez des relations de confiance.
- Vous êtes pédagogue et prenez plaisir à transmettre vos connaissances.
- Vous avez un esprit d’analyse et vous trouvez des solutions pragmatiques aux problèmes qui se présentent à vous.
- Votre communication orale est claire, professionnelle et impactante.
- Vous priorisez l’intérêt de nos clientes et clients, dans le respect de la loi et des règles de conformité.
- Vous êtes expert-e en fiscalité et en droit.
- Votre français est excellent, tant à l'oral qu’à l'écrit. Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais. La connaissance de l'allemand est un atout.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire, de préférence en droit ou en économie, ainsi que d’un diplôme en droit fiscal ou notariat.

- Vous travaillez soit dans nos bureaux centraux à Bruxelles, à seulement quelques pas de la gare, dans la région bruxelloise ou wallonne (à convenir), et vous avez la flexibilité de travailler depuis chez vous jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine.
