**Description du poste**:
En tant que Document Administrator pour le département Investment, votre responsabilité la plus importante sera:

- Lire, comprendre, nommer et archiver digitalement des plans, rapports et documents techniques relatifs à nos bâtiments de bureaux et à nos centres commerciaux, dans un environnement Sharepoint. La bonne dénomination et une arborescence correcte sont primordiales lors de ce processus.

**Prérequis**:

- Rigueur
- Bonnes capacités d’organisation
- Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome
- Sens de la confidentialité
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans/rapports/documents techniques
- Connaissances linguistiques : bilingue néerlandais - français et connaissance de l’anglais;
- Connaissances informatiques : connaissance de Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) ; la connaissance SAP est un atout
- Formation : secteur technique/construction ou bibliothécaire/archiviste
