Om onze ambities te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een **Relationship Manager for Execution Only Customers** om het Client Center in Brussel te vervoegen.

**Your Position**:

- Je werkt in team met andere Relationship Managers for Execution Only Services. Als team staan jullie in voor de efficiënte opvolging en service van de Execution Only cliëntenportefeuille in het Private Banking Segment.
- Je bent een essentieel teamlid om de (digitale) Execution Only-activiteit uit te bouwen en deelt je kennis en expertise met de andere collega’s in het team.
- Jouw voornaamste taak is in eerste instantie service van hoge kwaliteit aan te bieden aan Execution Only cliënten. Je staat in voor de opvolging en ontwikkeling van de cliëntenrelatie: je analyseert de vragen en wensen van cliënten en biedt hen oplossingen aan; dit zowel op commercieel, administratief, reglementair als transactioneel vlak. Je doet hiervoor beroep op de in-house expertise van Degroof Petercam.
- Je volgt cliënten op met bijkomend potentieel en faciliteert upselling naar de Private Banking activiteit.
- In deze functie gebeuren de interacties voornamelijk vanop afstand: via mail, telefoon of videocall. Op uitzonderlijke basis zal een F2F contact mogelijk zijn.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij het naleven van de reglementaire verplichtingen, alsook de administratieve taken binnen deze cliëntenrelaties.
- Je fungeert als ambassadeur om de cliënt vertrouwd te maken met digitale beleggingsoplossingen en communicatiekanalen vanop afstand en werkt actief mee in het hieraan gelinkte digitaliseringsproject
- Je leeft de externe regelgeving en procedures van de Bank die van toepassing zijn voor de functie nauw na.

- Je hebt een sterke kennis van en interesse voor financiële markten en producten
- Je bent communicatief, je hebt sterke commerciële en relationele vaardigheden en je bouwt duurzame relaties uit binnen een vastgelegd kader.
- Je bent ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse voor digitale oplossingen en tools
- alsook ervaring met het gebruik van CRM-systemen.
- Je beschikt over een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig en enkele jaren relevante werkervaring bij voorkeur in een commerciële functie binnen de financiële sector.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands & Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een troef.
- Je bent enthousiast om deel uit te maken van een team met een echte uitdaging.
- Je neemt initiatief en kunt verbeteringen voorstellen.
