Pour renforcer nos activités R&D de développement analytique basées sur le site de Gosselies, Belgique, nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil de **Method Life Cycle Associate Scientist**

**Contenu de la fonction**

**Généralités**
- Respecter les Valeurs de la société.
- Participer aux réunions nécessaires à la fonction.
- Appliquer les outils et les méthodes définis par le groupe.
- Respecter les normes de sécurité et de biosécurité en vigueur.
- Faire des propositions d’améliorations et d’optimisations structurelles et organisationnelles.
- Appliquer la politique 5S dans son équipe en assurant le statut “propre et rangé” de l’environnement de travail.
- Assurer des missions périphériques dans le domaine de ses compétences, au besoin et à la demande de sa hiérarchie.

***Développement et accroissement des activités analytiques**
- Proposer des solutions innovantes (technologies, équipements, etc..) à forte valeur ajoutée.

**Activités rédactionnelles**
- Rédiger les documents liés au développement, au transfert et à la validation des méthodes analytiques, notamment : Procédures qui concernent des méthodes analytiques ou des équipements spécifiques, Checklist de travail, Feuilles Excel liées à l’analyse des données, Method flowchart.
- Revoir les documents liés au développement et à l’implémentation de méthodes analytiques, notamment : _Method Risk Analysis_, _Training Strategy_ document
- Suivre les règlementations en vigueur.

**Activités supports**
- Utiliser les systèmes en place pour permettre la création ou la modification des Master Data SAP liés aux Fournisseurs ou aux Codes article SAP.
- Apporter du support scientifique sur toute question qui implique des documents rédigés dans le cadre du développement ou de l’implémentation d’une méthode analytique.
- Apporter son expertise sur sollicitation du QC dans le domaine des investigations liées aux Déviations, OOS, OOT, à des incidents analytiques ou techniques sur les équipements utilisés.

**Gestion de la qualité**
- Garantir la qualité documentaire.
- Respecter le système qualité mis en place sur le site.
- Se maintenir en ordre de formation en rapport avec sa fonction.
- Assurer la continuité et la traçabilité des activités de l’Unité de Développement Analytique.
- Réaliser l’archivage documentaire en suivant les systèmes en place.

**Complexité de la fonction**
- Variation importante de la charge de travail.
- Changements soudains des plannings et des priorités.
- Difficulté à rester concentré dû à des sollicitations multiples.
- Gestions de plusieurs activités en parallèle.
- Adaptation des activités liée au télétravail.

**Connaissances et niveau d'éducation**
- Bachelier ou Master en Biochimie, Biologie moléculaire et cellulaire ou en Chimie ou niveau équivalent acquis par l’expérience.
- Connaissances ou Compétences techniques dans la plupart des domaines d’activité suivants : Chromatographie (SEC-MALS, RP-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, Pep Mapp, LC-MS,), Chimie des protéines et caractérisation (SDS PAGE, Western Blot, cIEF, DLS, DSF,), Bioanalyses (ddPCR, dPCR, qPCR, ELISA, Bioassay, Potency assays, Expression assays, Titres infectieux, AUC,)
- Travail en conditions aseptiques (travail sous-flux BSL2)
- Développement Analytique (aQbD) et Validation de méthodes analytique (ICHQ2 R1,)
- Compétences personnelles importantes : Autonomie, Curiosité, Sens de l’organisation, Sens des responsabilités, Adaptabilité, Fiabilité, Ouverture d’esprit, Capacité de positiver, Communication et Interaction ouverte avec autrui
- Informatique : MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Idéalement une première expérience avec : SAP, GED Documentum et Adobe Sign

**_ Niveau d'expérience requis_**_ _**
- Expérience professionnelle probante d'au moins 1 an dans un environnement industriel ou pharmaceutique.
- Expertise en matière de GMP, GDP, GLP et implémentation des systèmes qualité.
