**De job in een notendop**
Je bent een Projectleider die gepassioneerd is door de onderwerpen Finance, Risk en ESG, en je werkt aan projecten die helpen om de Risk-Exposures beter te beheren, de naleving van regelgeving te waarborgen en de financiële stabiliteit van Belfius te behouden in een complexe financiële omgeving. Hiervoor werk je samen met de verschillende business lines om de marktontwikkelingen te identificeren en de meest effectieve strategieën te ontwikkelen.
Je volgt de projecten gedurende de verschillende fasen op. Je garandeert een geplande aanpak, de governance (timing, budget, middelen) en de kwaliteit van de oplossing. Je beheerst ook de inhoud van je projecten en werkt mee aan de analyse en het testen van de ontwikkelingen indien nodig.
Je identificeert de risico's die aan de projecten verbonden zijn en ontwikkelt indien nodig noodscenario's. Je communiceert duidelijk en tijdig met de andere afdelingen die bij de projecten betrokken zijn.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Je hebt een uitgesproken persoonlijkheid en een leermindset.
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur met een financiële en/of IT-oriëntatie.
- Je bent gepassioneerd door financiële beheer en risicobeheer binnen een financiële instelling.
- Je kunt communiceren over complexe financiële concepten naar zowel technische als niet-technische profielen, intern en extern.
- Je past je gemakkelijk aan de veranderende regelgeving aan.
- Je toont empathie en je slaagt erin om een team te coachen en te laten groeien.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en daarnaast vloeiend Frans of Nederlands, maar je begrijpt de andere landstaal ook goed.
Je scoort nog meer punten als:
- Je ervaring hebt in de bancaire en/of verzekeringswereld.
- Je kennis hebt van projectmanagementmethoden en change management.
