Retail Partners Colruyt Group soutient les entrepreneurs indépendants au sein de Colruyt Group. En tant que responsable de commandes, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans notre objectif visant à dépasser les attentes de nos clients et à gérer efficacement la livraison de nos produits.
En tant que responsable de commandes, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
Vous assurez la commande et la gestion de l’assortiment qui vous est attribué. Vous analysez vos données et prospectus. Sur cette base, vous décidez des actions à entreprendre.
Vos connaissances de l’assortiment vous permettent de gérer adéquatement et à tout moment les niveaux du stock. Vous communiquez et commandez les articles de manière proactive afin de pouvoir garantir le stock.
Vous collaborez avec divers partenaires au sein de RPCG et développez une relation de confiance avec nos fournisseurs.
Vous mettez tout en œuvre, en étroite concertation avec l’acheteur, la logistique et les fournisseurs, pour obtenir les articles dans les temps.
Vous assurez le suivi des livraisons et prenez des actions en cas de besoin.
Vous partagez vos connaissances et votre expérience afin d’améliorer en permanence le fonctionnement du service et de la fourniture de services.
Vous participez à notre projet visant l’amélioration de notre nouveau système de commandes.
Vous travaillez depuis notre bureau de Malines.
Profil
Connaissances et expérience - Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou justifiez d’une expérience équivalente. L’outil Excel n’a aucun secret pour vous. Par ailleurs, vous maîtrisez en un tournemain les nouveaux systèmes.
Communication - Vous engagez facilement la conversation et communiquez sans peine avec vos collègues ainsi que les clients et partenaires.
Compétences organisationnelles - Vous travaillez avec rigueur et de manière structurée. Vous savez ce que vous faites et comment respecter les délais.
Analyse - Vous possédez un esprit analytique et êtes en mesure de traiter différentes informations et données en peu de temps tout en conservant une vue d’ensemble de la situation.
Connaissances linguistiques - Vous communiquez clairement en néerlandais. Votre français et votre anglais vous seront également utiles.
