**ARE YOU ARE NEW ACCOUNT DIRECTOR?**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on **account director **to join our forces. Someone who **knows how to delegate** but who is just as prepared to run around and **help out to make a campaign come together**. As a true relationship builder, you have the ability to **connect and motivate people**. You’ll be working for great brands, focusing on excellent work, good vibes and **a profitable collaboration between the agency and the client.**
**About you**
- You want to know everything about your client’s brand and products; you see yourself as the **client’s representative**.
- You **make things happen**. Depending on the briefing or problem, you’ll get the right people around the table.
- You’re rock solid in **organising**, and details are as important as the bigger picture.
- You’re an **excellent communicator**, with good presentation skills.
- You like to work in team, and managing a small team gives you energy.
- You’ve got a **positive, proactive, and anticipating mentality**.
- A **minimum of 8 years of relevant experience** in the advertising or communications industry is a must.
- You are **fluent in Dutch**, with a solid knowledge of **French and English**
