Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Vice President
- Assist in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences. Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database

- You possess superb written and verbal communication skills in English
- You are comfortable interacting with high-level executives
- You demonstrate strong time-management skills and have the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- You have experience in travel management including travel booking tools. You will also travel yourself occasionally (short stay)
- You can meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. You remain highly professional under stressful conditions
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools, with attitude to learn new software and systems
- You are a flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
