Your road to success
Left or right, you will provide technical and management expertise in all facets of Athlon Rental Services Operations at the HQ site. You will together with the rental manager, be responsible to ensure the execution of the strategy and meet the budget requirements. You will report to the Athlon Rental Services manager.
**Main responsibilities**:
As operations teamlead, you are responsible for the day-to-day activities of customer support and fleet & planning. Ensure and follow-up that our services meet the quality standards of Athlon Rental Services.
You will implement, document & follow up the processes and procedures in such a way that they are compliant with the Athlon policies.
You will continuously monitor and analyze the current systems and processes and look for efficiencies and improvements. This in close collaboration with the Rental Operations Specialist and the IT department of Athlon International.
You are responsible to keep the operational costs within budget limits. You will manage the cost of fleet, occupation rate and transportation costs. You are aware of the financial implications on the P&L.
You will manage a team of 8 people. You will ensure the performance of the staff is in line with the quality standards of Athlon. You will coach the team, provide continuous feedback & ensure personal development of each team member.
Liaising with the commercial team in order to incorporate the voice of the customer in het operational activity
You will closely interact with different departments of Athlon Belgium and Athlon International
You will interact with external parties (customers, contractors and suppliers)
Involvement in mobility projects to ensure that Athlon will become THE flexible mobility provider
