MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational follow-up of pharma related shipments
- receiving incoming orders,
- registering orders in operational system,
- coordinating shipments,
- bookings with subcontractors,
- transport documents creation,
- track and trace to final destination,
- informing customers about the progress of the shipments,
- ensuring that an adequate quality management system is implemented and maintained;
- to ensure that the provisions of the GDP certificate are observed;
- focusing on the management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records;
- to ensure that the operations do not compromise the quality of medicines;
- promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products;
- ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively;
- ensuring that approved suppliers and customers are called upon;
- performing self-inspections;
- keeping appropriate records of any delegated duties;
- coordinating returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products following internal and customer instructions;
- coordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
- perform airline space reservations
- provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
