**Crew Travel Operations Support**
Bij Crew Travel Operations Support ben je als Operations Support Officer verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van de dagelijkse planning van alle Hotac & Travel-activiteiten voor alle cockpit
- en cabinepersoneelsleden binnen TUI fly Western Region.
Jij bent degene die de planning en coördinatie van hotels, taxi’s en vliegtickets binnen 72u voor vertrek regelt en monitort. Dankzij jou kan crew en ander luchtvaarpersoneel genieten van een zorgeloos verblijf of (dienst)reis.
**Wat ga je doen?**
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt van onze crews op het gebied van Travel Support. Je onderhoudt met onze opdrachtnemers goede relaties. Want hierdoor doen al onze leveranciers van Hotac & Travel dat extra stapje voor onze crews en TUI. Je houdt de dagelijkse operatie proactief in de gaten. In nauwe samenwerking met Crew Control zorg je er voor dat crews zorgeloos kunnen reizen en van hun rust kunnen genieten in de crew hotels. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van alle vragen en feedback van de bemanning met betrekking tot reizen van de crew. Door deze feedback kan je namelijk aanbevelingen doen en het reizen helpen te optimaliseren. Ook regel je de “Buddy-tickets” voor de crew. Hierdoor zijn ze extra blij met je. Want jij hebt het mogelijk gemaakt dat ze een familie lid of vriend mee kunnen nemen. Je werkt internationaal samen met de collega’s van Crew Travel in Nederland. **Wie ben jij?**
- Je houdt er van om met mensen in een team samen te werken en doet dat met enthousiasme;
- Je zoekt een leuke functie van 38 uur per week;
- Het zou heel fijn zijn als je ervaring hebt in de reisbranche (bijv. reisbureau). We houden namelijk van mensen die wat “meebrengen”, maar het is niet een vereiste;
- Je houdt best een beetje van uitdagingen. Je brengt je taken altijd tot een goed einde. Zelfs in moeilijke omstandigheden en onder druk. Want luchtvaart is dynamisch. Van 0 naar take-off power in 10 seconden;
- Je bent flexibel, stelt prioriteiten, bent empathisch en kan jezelf aanpassen als verschillende uitdagende situaties zich voordoen;
- Je bent gestructureerd, hebt oog voor details, onderhoudt graag contacten en werkt nauwkeurig;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en begrijpt dat dit nodig is om met bemanningsleden en andere afdelingen in de TUI-organisatie (ook internationaal) dat “leading team” te vormen;
- Je bent leergierig, best een beetje nieuwsgierig en zelf leerzaam;
- Je vindt het leuk om in ploegen shifts (06.00 - 22.30) en het weekend te werken. Want daardoor heb je juist rondom je werk nog veel vrije tijd;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).

**Wat bieden we jou**?
- Salaris is afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring. Maar we doen in ieder geval altijd ons best om een passend aanbod te maken. Daarnaast is er een shiftstoeslag van toepassing;
- Naast een baan waar je energie van krijgt, is het ook goed om tijd te hebben voor ontspanning. Je hebt dan ook recht op 23 vakantiedagen op jaarbasis. Daarnaast bouw je ook anciënniteitsdagen op vanaf 5 jaar in dienst. Tevens bouw je extra vrije dagen op omdat je in shifts werkt;
- Fantastische reisvoordelen zoals personeelskorting op ons eigen vakantie-aanbod. Tevens is er een speciale korting voor familie. Je werkt immers niet voor niets bij de grootste reisorganisatie van België
- Reiskosten voor woon/werk verkeer worden vergoed op basis van het openbaar vervoer. Omdat wij duurzaamheid binnen TUI fly belangrijk vinden stimuleren wij collega’s om met het openbaar vervoer te reizen. Kom je toch met eigen vervoer, dan geldt een woon/werkverkeer vergoeding;
- Persoonlijke ontwikkeling en werksfeer zorgen voor meer plezier in het werk en een verbetering van jouw toekomstmogelijkheden. TUI fly ontwikkelt zich continue en jij hebt de mogelijkheid mee te groeien (op zowel nationaal als internationaal gebied). Je talent ontwikkelen kan onder meer door deel te nemen aan vernieuwende projecten en het volgen van interne (online) trainingen en opleidingen.
