We're seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing benefits packages for our clients to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and employee demographics.
- Analyze existing benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and customization.
- Design tailored benefits packages that meet the specific needs and budget constraints of each client.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide strategic guidance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and guiding decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement and administer benefits programs seamlessly.
- Present proposed benefits solutions to clients and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related roles.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Salary**: €4.000,00 - €6.000,00 per month
