**Description du poste**:
Portfolio management is a crucial responsibility at Flexcity as it will directly affect the company and its clients turnover. As the head of portfolio manager, you will determine how Flexcity’s flexibility portfolio is valued in all the markets where we are active. You will report to the CEO. Hence you will immediately affect the income of Flexcity and its clients.

You are responsible to:
- Optimize the management of an existing flexibility portfolio in all countries where Flexcity is active-
- Realize the economic potential of a portfolio with Demand Response assets as well as managing the associated risks.-
- Dave detailed understanding of the market design and market developments-
- Share the good practices internationally with all teams-
- Take part to the decisions of the management teamThe responsibilities of the head of portfolio management entail:
- Managing TSO tenders: determining the available capacity and the bidding/pricing strategy based on market expertise-
- Set-up, implementation & follow-up of the flexibility products’ bidding strategies. Formalize this bidding strategy and train the different international teams.-
- Follow up the correct delivery of the service and proactively reduce the associated risksCoordination between different teams internally and with other market actors-
- You will get specific powers to sign and act on behalf of the company as confirmed by the CFO (mandate of powers)**Qualifications**:
- Significant experience within the Energy Sector.-
- You hold a master’s degree, preferably in engineering.-
- Hands-on knowledge of Ancillary Services.-
- Strong Analytical skills.-
- Strong written and oral communication skills, internally and externally.-
- You address challenges proactively and want to “get things done”.-
- Technical interest in new technologies and passionate for energy is a must.-
- You can give/express a vision towards a team in long term and define priorities in short term.-
- You have commercial skills and have therefore the power of persuasion, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and the intelligence to recognise opportunities.-
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French. Any other language is a plus.-
- You are flexible, not afraid to think outside the box and you love to share your knowledge.-
- You are deliverable-focused with a pragmatic and professional attitude.-
- You have good people-management skills and you are also a team player with a “can do”- mentality-
