We are a professional services firm established in 1972 that has a long-standing reputation for unrivaled technical and analytical support to some of the top decision makers in the Federal Sector. We do state of the art work and have a cadre of outstanding professionals on our team.
SPA has an immediate need for a Client Application Lifecycle Management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing Applications Portfolio, ensuring the details are up-to
- date, change management process is followed;
- Customizing productivity tool according to provided functional requirements;
- Designing and executing functional and compatibility tests;
- Monitoring the deployment process;
- Supporting operation phase by providing L3 support;
- Implementing required modifications as part of Continuous Service Improvement plan;
Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
- At least 3 years of recent experience in supporting different phases of Application Lifecycle Management;
- Practical experience of centralized configuration with Group Policies Objects (GPO);
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments;
- Ability to interact with internal and external personnel;
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
- Working knowledge of packaging suites;
- Working knowledge of Windows Installer technology;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Customization Tool;
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certification;
- ITIL v3/4 Foundation certificate
- National of one of the 30 NATO countries
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
