Als Approval Service Advisor, voer je technische analyses uit, organiseer, ondersteun en superviseer je de juiste toepassing van goedkeuringsprocedures in samenwerking met Belgische administraties zoals de DIV, het SPW, de FEBIAC, de politie, enz. Dit om de juiste goedkeuring van voertuigen van de merken Bentley (oldtimer), Porsche, VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Cupra van Belgische oorsprong of geïmporteerd op Belgisch grondgebied (eventueel als oldtimer) te waarborgen en zo bij te dragen aan het behalen van de financiële doelstellingen en SLA van de afdeling.
**Wat wordt jouw rol?**
- Uitvoeren en controleren van de facturatie, bestelbonnen en creditnota's volgens het boekhoudproces om een correcte facturatie tussen de homologatie-applicatie en SAP te waarborgen
- Uitvoeren en communiceren van de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse financiële rapportage
- Adviseren, controleren, bestellen en leveren van stickers aan eindklanten: fabrieken, batterij, PVG voor alle voertuigen van onze merken die zijn geregistreerd of moeten worden geregistreerd op Belgisch grondgebied
- Directe samenwerking met Supply voor de juiste bestelling, opvolging en facturatie van alle bestellingen met betrekking tot fabrieksstickers
- Aanmaken en onderhouden van dossiers voor elk voertuig dat aan ons wordt gepresenteerd voor toekomstige of historische controles, digitaal via het homologatieplatform en SharePoint
- Het opvolgen en ontwikkelen van procedures en werkmethoden die specifiek zijn voor DIA en de betrokken instanties (bijv. fabrieken, technische controle, regelgevingscontext) in samenwerking met homologaties en Belgische administraties
- Het opvolgen en behandelen van aanvragen in de digitale homologatietool om een optimale, innovatieve en digitale service te garanderen voor alle interne en externe klanten van D'Ieteren
- Back-up zijn voor het uitvoeren van fysieke controles om de juiste homologatie en identiteit van alle buitenlandse voertuigen die niet zijn geregistreerd of zijn afgewezen door de Belgische administraties te waarborgen
**Gaat dit over jou?**
- Je beheerst vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in de automobielsector, wat je in staat stelt om technische kwesties snel te begrijpen
- Je bent bedreven in het gebruik van Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF en kan vlot werken met interne applicaties
- Nauwkeurigheid is een van je sterkste eigenschappen, waardoor je aandacht hebt voor detail en foutloze administratie
- Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor organisatie en weet meerdere taken effectief te beheren
- Je beschikt over het nodige geduld om klanten op een zorgvuldige en vriendelijke manier te helpen
- Diplomatie is je tweede natuur; je weet op een tactvolle manier moeilijke situaties op te lossen
- Dankzij je uitstekende mensenkennis kan je vlot inspelen op verschillende karakters en klantbehoeften
