De Business Analyst Expert Life is verantwoordelijk voor de analyse en formalisering van de businessbehoeften en voor de controle op hun overeenstemming met de functionaliteiten die ontwikkeld werden om hieraan tegemoet te komen.

Hij/zij leidt de analyse van de strategische initiatieven van de business Life vanaf het concept tot de aflevering van het product aan de eindgebruikers. Hij/zij neemt ook deel aan de uitwerking van de businesscases die worden gerealiseerd om de _return on investment_ van de projecten te valoriseren en te analyseren.
- Je werkt samen met de business om coherente businesscases te realiseren.
- Je analyseert, modelleert, formaliseert en redigeert de aanvragen van de business.
- Je coördineert de controle op de coherentie en de kwaliteit tussen alle informatie en documenten met betrekking tot de verschillende fases in de levenscyclus van het project.
- Je zorgt voor een afstemming van de vraag tussen de business en de meer technische onderdelen.
- Je identificeert, kwalificeert en monitort de scope issues in samenwerking met de Product Owner.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de applicatie stabiel is, consolideert de feedback uit de tests en zorgt voor de rapportering.
- Je neemt deel aan het uitrolplan voor het project, zorgt voor het bestaan ervan en voor de opleidingen.
- Je volgt de best practices en referentiekaders inzake IT-governance (BPMN, ITIL...).
- Je neemt deel aan de verschillende initiatieven rond innovatie en kwaliteit.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma (wiskunde, wetenschappen, informatica, economie, management) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt **mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring** in een vergelijkbare functie (consultant, functioneel/technisch analist, business analyst...).
- Je hebt de vereiste kennis in ICT in de brede zin van het woord (markt, technologieën en oplossingen), analysemethoden (Agile-Scrum, UML, BPNM, Business Requirements, Business Rules, Non-Functional Requirements), testing en modellering (ARIS, EAI, HP Quality Center).
- Je hebt een **uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans** plus een goede functionele kennis van de andere taal.
- Kennis van de financiële sector (bank en/of verzekering) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent klant
- en oplossingsgericht, communicatief, assertief, veeleisend op het gebied van kwaliteit en innovatie, en je hebt een bewezen "consultant"-talent, goede leiderschapskwaliteiten, uitstekende analytische capaciteiten ("helicopter view") en synthese-/schrijfvaardigheden.
- Je waardeert teamwerk en bent in staat om flexibel en autonoom te werken.
