**Wat ga je doen als Head of Home?**:

- Je hebt een **Bachelordiploma of een diploma middelbaar** onderwijs in secretariaat, administratie of hospitality
- Je hebt minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring in secretariaat, administratie of **hospitality**:

- Je hebt oog voor detail, en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je bent open, hulpvaardig en **klantvriendelijk**:

- Je wisselt graag administratieve taken met **sociale contacten** af
- Je **communiceert **vlot in het Nederlands, en soms in het Engels

**Wat verwacht The Beacon van jou als Head of Home?**:

- Je bent het gezicht en de contactpersoon voor alle **residenten **in het gebouw. Je onthaalt nieuwe huurders, en zorgt ervoor dat klanten een optimale dienstverlening krijgen.
- Je zorgt voor een **optimale beleving in het gebouw** door incidenten op te lossen en verbeteringen aan te brengen. Hiervoor sta je in nauw contact met de gebouwbeheerder en de **leveranciers **(bv. poetsfirma,

koffie, ICT, klusjes )
- Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor externe klanten die vergaderzalen of evenementenruimtes willen boeken. Je **begeleidt die klanten van A tot Z**, en waakt er over dat hun evenement of vergadering vlekkeloos verloopt.
