**About the position**
Our team is looking for a talented colleague who takes technology challenges head on. You will work alongside the development team and will lead and coordinate our R&D projects, global client infrastructure, platform integration as well as our devops activities. In other words, we are looking for someone who loves to drive innovation and can co-shape the future of our technology in a cutting edge environment.

**Your responsibilities**
- You lead R&D and innovation initiatives (Machine Learning, AI, Insights, XR,) ensuring the growth.ahead of the game in innovation in sales
- You identify, plan, and prioritize feature roadmaps and safeguard release planning together with the Dev Team and management
- You manage infrastructure & security related aspects of the platform and improve processes around deployment, monitoring, cooperation with key partners
- You coordinate releases within internal and external stakeholders
- You streamline platform performance processes
- You safeguard the long-term technology vision to assure a sound set of future proof foundations
- You support our commercial teams from a tech standpoint to drive the business forward
- You ensure a smooth handover from dev team to customer success and account teams
- You bring your industry standard expertise and level up your colleagues’ profile.
**What we are looking for**
- You have a master/bachelor in Computer Science or economics, or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in technology (as a developer or manager)
- You have a relevant experience or certification in project management methodology
- Affinity with in-house software development is definitely a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills.
