We are searching for a skilled and experienced Head of corporate IT architecture & project management to join our Corporate IT and Data Solutions (CIDS) management team. As the Head of corporate IT architecture & project management, you will report to the Group IT Director and be responsible for supervising the Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team as well as leading the Corporate IT Project
- and Program Managers.
**The Corporate IT & Data solutions division is responsible for**:
- Corporate CRM-, sales-, project-, billing&invoicing
- tools (Salesforce, SAP & other smaller legacy tools)
- Corporate service tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ITSM tools & other smaller legacy tools) - Corporate data solutions (Business Intelligence, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Artificial Intelligence)
- Smart automation & robotics
- Workplace services & support
**In this role, you will**:
- Develop a standard program management way of working across the teams within the Corporate IT & Data Solutions department, raise agile & IT maturity of the development squads, professionalize the architecture team
- Develop and implement an Enterprise Architecture framework and approach to ensure that the IT solutions align with business objectives and comply with IT policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Establish and manage a Program Management Office (PMO), define the procedures, tools, and templates to plan, execute, and control the corporate IT projects and programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.
- Ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs on time, within budget and scope, and to expected quality standards.
- Facilitate the collaboration between the Corporate IT teams, the Products IT division within SD Worx and the business stakeholders to understand their needs, assess their requirements, and design the appropriate IT solutions.
**To be successful in this role, you should**:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a scientific background, like Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience of leading IT centric teams, have experience with IT architecture, program management, and IT leadership roles in general.
- Be proficient in Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other industry frameworks.
- Have experience implementing a PMO and program governance structures using Agile, methodology.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders up till C-level.
- Be able to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively to reach agreements that benefit all parties involved.
