**Who are we and what do we do?**
Management Resources, a division of the Robert Half group, is the specialist and market leader for (senior) interim managers. Interim Managers are experts in their field (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Management, Legal, Sales & Marketing, ICT, PMO, Project Management) who support companies for temporary projects, both in the context of business continuity and within a change management context. To support the further growth of Management Resources in Belgium, we are looking for a Business Solutions Manager to strengthen our team.
**What will you do?**
You are a strong business partner who can build sufficient credibility at the executive level by understanding and analyzing the short and long-term needs of the business.
You have the ambition to become the trusted advisor of your clients, so they think of you first for support on new projects.
You leverage your experience to identify potential project needs and provide the best solution to your client by deploying the right Interim Manager.
In addition to an initial pipeline of business that will be assigned to you during your training period, it is important for you to develop a wide network and build qualitative professional relationships with clients through active prospecting with their Senior Management (C-level).
You work closely with our Talent Solutions Specialist who is responsible for the follow-up of our interim managers, but you also identify, select, and meet with interim managers yourself to maintain a good understanding of that market and better comprehend your clients' challenges.
You ensure high-quality collaboration among all parties by closely monitoring each project.
After all, you are the single point of contact for your client regarding everything related to interim management, and you personally oversee each project from start to finish.

**Who are you?**
- You have built 4 to 10 years of expertise in a business environment or in a similar role.
- You have a perfect knowledge of French and English.
- You are analytical and critical, with strong evaluative skills.
- You possess excellent communication and commercial skills, and you are service-oriented.
- You have a sales mindset and either want to improve your skills in that area or see it as an (initial) challenge.
- You are a driven, proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong team spirit.
- You have a mature, flexible, and outgoing personality with a determination to succeed in an ambitious and fast-growing organization.
