**Description**:
En tant qu'Order Processing Officer, vos tâches seront les suivantes:

- Traiter les demandes des clients et des fournisseurs
- Gérer le volume des appels entrants
- Générer et expédier les factures
- Assurer le suivi des commandes et des retours
- Assurer le suivi des expéditions des commandes et des retours
- Mettre en oeuvre des procédures visant à améliorer les opérations (soumis à approbation de la direction)
- Optimiser les stocks et proposer des commandes d'achat afin de garantir la réalisation maximale des commandes et de ventes
- Traiter et identifier les commandes entrantes conformément à la politique commerciale et aux exigences des clients

Cette liste est non exhaustive. Certaines tâches émanent de la hiérarchie et sont à exécuter dans les meilleurs délais

**Gestion des stocks**
Maintenez vos stocks en commandant automatiquement les articles trop peu nombreux. Vous pouvez ainsi veiller à la bonne exécution des commandes tout en réduisant les coûts

**Automatisation des ventes**
Réduisez votre charge de travail en facilitant la commande de produits et la communication avec les clients/fournisseurs

**Expédition et réception**
Gagnez en visibilité sur les expéditions et les réceptions en accédant aux mises à jour en temps réel sur le statut de chaque expéidtion et recevez des alertes en cas de problèmes

**Suivi des documents**
Suivez tout ce qui est lié à vos documents tout au long des différentes étapes du processus de commande. Ils peuvent notamment connaître la progression de chaque docuement et savoir qui a consulté chaque fichier.

**Génération de rapports avancés**
Analysez vos performances et recensez les points à améliorer. Les rapports peuvent notamment contenir le classement des meilleurs produits, clients, commandes, pages, pays, marques, catégories, vendeurs, canaux et jours.

**Profil**

Pour assumer cette fonction d'Order Processing Officer, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants:

- Expérience dans un département similaire souhaitée
- Précis, consciencieux
- Rigoureux
- Résistant au stress
- Bon sens commercial
- Affinité avec l'outil IT
- Parfait bilingue FR-NL
