Our client is an international perfumery chain active in Belgium, France. They have become over the years a major actor in the Retail landscape in Belgium. Their DNA is one of entrepreneurship, customer-centricity, go-getter mentality and sincere teamwork. There shops (including e-com) are commonly recognized as delivering high level value advises and propose a wide range of exclusive, trendy, innovative and inspiring products.
In the past couple of years, when the Retail sector has been highly impacted, their ambitious growth plans and strategies succeeded in keeping their head straight. They’ve been sustainably focusing on broader offer and network of commercial positions especially online to come out from the global pandemic stronger.
In the frame of their continuous e-commerce challenges they have decided to recruit a**:Website and Traffic Manager BeNeFraLux**
As a key member of the E-Commerce team you will work closely with product marketing, content and design and sales teams to manage website’s structure, look, performance and optimization. In addition to managing all aspects of traffic performances, you’ll manage the digital media campaigns of the retail brands (in collaboration with the media agency) with a focus on audience strategy and optimal use of the budget.
**The Role**:
Management of digital media investments:
- Contacting, selecting and steering the various digital media partners.-
- Allocation of budget items between the different partners with a maximisation of ROI and in collaboration with the business plan.-
- Responsible for digital media campaigns from audience selection to briefing on formats and results analysis.-
- Analysis and monitoring of KPI's in order to continuously adapt investments according to the profitability of actions and customer behaviour..-
- Keeping abreast of the various digital trends and new channels in order to capture the potential traffic.User behaviour analysis & A/B testing- Deploy data collection tools.-
- Analyze digital data related to customer behavior and translate it into action in order to feed the conversion optimization work.-
- To share a maximum of information with the CRM & e-shop team in order to create synergies and reinforce knowledge of users. Update and optimize all web content for exceptional customer experience.Responsible for ongoing SEO optimization- Identifying improvement levers and implementing an action plan to optimise the site's SEO.-
- Integration of SEO into the corporate culture by encouraging the content team to integrate relevant keywords into the brand's editorial line.-
- Monitoring of SEO-related KPIs-
- Own keyword content strategy, including keyword research, page ranking by keywords, content improvement for SEO and SEO agency management-
- Own on-page optimization, including internal linking, image optimization, alt tagging, meta descriptions, and page speed assessment and improvement-
- Work closely with marketing automation manager to ensure seamless interface.Work with hosting agency (WP Engine) to ensure uptime, backups, and necessary updates are managed.-
- Report regularly to the larger team regarding site traffic, page views, time on page, lead conversion and provide regular SEO reports, keyword reports and keyword ranking reports**The experience expected**:
- 3+ years’ experience with website management and SEO either in Agency or in a E-Commerce context.
- Mastery of tools and data: able to juggle several different tools (Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Excel), to find information where it is, to understand it and to adapt it
- Able to organise and plan work, manage priorities correctly and meet deadlines
- Able to understand specific content, process it critically and adapt it if necessary
- Must be able to assert oneself with the various internal and external partners to obtain correct and quality information within the set deadline.
