Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als interne auditor bij NMBS werk je in heel gevarieerde domeinen. Zo worden er bijvoorbeeld audits uitgevoerd op het onderhoud van het rollend materieel, op het beheer van de gebouwen en stations en op de veiligheid van de reizigers, maar ook in heel andere domeinen, zoals finance, IT en de HR-processen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Internal Auditor voer je interne auditopdrachten uit in alle sectoren waarin NMBS en haar dochterondernemingen actief zijn. Daarbij volg je de interne procedures en de IIA-normen.- Je helpt het meerjarige audit
- en risicobeoordelingsplan mee voorbereiden.
- Je evalueert de kwaliteit van de controleomgeving. Je ordent de conclusies en aanbevelingen in een duidelijk auditverslag.
- Je bereidt samen met de geauditeerden een SMART-actieplan voor en volgt de implementatie van deze aanbevelingen op.
- Je werkt mee aan projecten voor continue verbetering en de digitalisering van de processen van Interne Audit.
- Je voert sommige van deze opdrachten uit in samenwerking met gespecialiseerde externe auditkantoren.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting of een gelijkwaardig attest van slagen en ten minste een eerste ervaring met interne/externe audits.- EN
- Je beschikt over de volgende competenties:
- Je hebt competenties op het gebied van bedrijfsmanagement en bent bekend met de principes van procesverbetering en de IIA-normen.
- Je hebt de MS Office-toepassingen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) onder de knie.
- Je communiceert doeltreffend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en kan gemakkelijk schakelen tussen het Frans en het Nederlands.
- Je kan je goed organiseren en verschillende projecten tegelijk beheren.
- Je hebt een kritische en analytische geest. Je kan risico’s identificeren en oplossingen aanreiken.
- Je bent bereid om je competenties op niveau te houden en er nieuwe te ontwikkelen.
- Je bent integer en kan de nodige vertrouwelijkheid bewaren. Je handelt in overeenstemming met de deontologische code voor interne auditors.

Ben je een gecertificeerde interne auditor of heb je een vergelijkbare kwalificatie (CIA, CISM, CISA, CPA enz.)? Dat is een extra troef- Iedereen is uniek.
