Addactis recrute plus de 50 collaborateurs par an pour soutenir notre force croissance en France comme à l’international. Notre positionnement RiskTech au service des assureurs nous conduit à rechercher majoritairement des spécialistes de l’analyse et de la modélisation des risques (actuaires, data-scientists, ingénieurs statisticiens, ) et des profils tech (développeurs, ingénieurs qualité logicielle, managers de produits ).

**Notre objectif est triple**:

- Améliorer notre visibilité et renforcer notre attractivité en travaillant la mise en valeur de nos atouts, notre stratégie éditoriale et en développant un plan d’action d’inbound-recruiting ;
- Déployer un programme de fidélisation de nos collaborateurs pour rendre l’expérience employé.e mémorable et favoriser l’employee advocacy.

Nous recherchons pour cela un.e manager proactif.ve et engagé.e qui, au sein du département marketing et communication, travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le service RH.

Vous êtes le relai de la Chief Marketing & Communication Officer sur le volet « marque employeur » et pilotez les actions d’attractivité, de fidélisation et d’engagement. Vos challenges consistent à:

- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les opérations et campagnes de communication interne de fidélisation de nos collaborateurs en lien avec le service RH (On-boarding, MAJ de l'intranet, Graduate programm...) ;
- Déployer et coordonner les programmes d’engagement des collaborateurs (Employee Advocacy).

Sur chaque aspect, vous mobilisez des compétences en termes de conception de plan d’actions (créativité, rigueur, organisation), de déploiement/implémentation (pragmatisme, respect des délais, engagement, concertation) et de reporting (KPI’s, analyse de données).

Vous avez conscience que ce poste, à l'interface des départements Marketing/comm et RH nécessite d'importantes aptitudes en termes de concertation et collaboration.

En tant que référent.e sur la marque employeur pour l’ensemble de nos départements (supports et métier), vous développez une vision à 360° et faites preuve de créativité pour enrichir les dispositifs déjà en place, proposer de nouvelles actions et veiller également à vous assurer du succès des programmes en cours.

Vous savez prendre du recul, analyser les tendances de marché et faire preuve de créativité pour développer des projets, tout en déployant une vision pragmatique et définissant des plans d’actions mesurables et concrets que vous mettrez en œuvre de façon autonome mais collaborative.

Vous êtes aussi à l’aise dans le management de projets, la réflexion que dans la mise en œuvre sur le terrain et le reporting en ayant une vision ROIiste. Vous bénéficierez de l’appui stratégique de votre manager et du soutien des chargés de marketing & communication de l’équipe mais saurez agir de façon opérationnelle sans vous limiter à l’étape de conception et en prenant part à l’action.

De formation supérieure en marketing, RH ou communication, ce sont surtout vos expériences antérieures (minimum 5 ans sur des projets de marque employeur et/ou de marketing RH en agence ou en entreprise) qui attestent de vos qualités et de votre expertise.

Vos qualités relationnelles et vos aptitudes au travail collaboratif sont avérées. Vous savez faire preuve de diplomatie, d’humilité et d’un sens de la concertation pour organiser un dialogue constructif et susciter l’engagement.

Vous disposez d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et d’organisation et êtes au fait des techniques de marketing RH, des réseaux sociaux et de l’environnement digital du recrutement.

Vous êtes créatif.ve, à l'écoute des dernières innovations concernant les outils de recrutement et de communication et en veille permanente des meilleures pratiques du marché.

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais professionnel. L’espagnol serait un must.

Ce poste est à pourvoir à Bruxelles ou Lyon. Il nécessite des déplacements occasionnels et programmés au sein de nos bureaux en France (Lyon, Paris, Bordeaux), plus rarement en Espagne, et au sein des écoles d’actuaires et d’ingénieurs.

La dimension managériale du poste consiste en du management de projets et n’inclut pas à court terme de responsabilité d’équipe.
